Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Stathia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Stathia for commercial construction management purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not modify or copy the materials
• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of your subscription
• You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Stathia
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• You may not transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Stathia:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

Data and Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to Stathia. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stathia or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
